Our ingredients match the level of customization as our menus. We are a 95% from-scratch operation because we believe in quality and freshness for all of our dishes. Because we make our ingredients from scratch, we are able to offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other restrictive dietary options. We also cater to clients that want to include traditional, cultural food for their event.
